How It All StartedĀ
Working in the traditional healthcare setting I have watched patients leave the hospital feeling the same as when they arrived ā frustrated, overwhelmed by medications, and still searching for answers. They want to feel truly well, not just stable enough to go home.
That frustration stayed with me. But it wasn't until my father passed that everything shifted. Like many of my patients, he lived with chronic disease that was managed, but never truly addressed and dependent on a long list of medications he never wanted to take. He always preferred the natural way... teas, herbs, and remedies rooted in how the body was designed to heal. After he passed I couldn't stop thinking about what more I could have done.
That grief became a question and that question became a purpose.
By the grace of God I was introduced to the world of functional medicine, a whole body approach that investigates the root cause of symptoms rather than simply managing them. I knew immediately this was the path I was meant to walk.
The Heart Behind My Coaching Method
After everything I went through I knew I couldn't keep it to myself. I truly believe God allowed me to walk through that difficult season so that I could learn from it and then guide others through it.
I chose to focus specifically on women experiencing hair loss because I lived it myself.Ā During that time, I struggled. A lot.Ā I had no guidance, no answers, and didn't yet know God. Coming to know Him changed everything.
My faith is the foundation of everything I do and I believe God designed us to live abundantly. Not to just simply survive, but to truly thrive in our health, our confidence, and our lives. That belief is what led me to launch this business and where the name Formed by Faith was born.
Regardless of where you are in your own journey my goal is to help you heal, feel whole, and step into the version of yourself you know you're meant to be. You deserve to feel well again.Ā
